Troubles connecting to myGHL devices

Is anyone else having constant issues with slow connections to GHL devices via the GHL connect app or the MyGHL web interface?

I have three devices set up with local connections and web connections, static ip, and sometimes they connect quickly, sometimes slowly, and sometimes not at all.

Is this just me?
