Hi everyone. Decided to try a new place for corals out. I see there aren't many reviews about Corals Kingdom so decided to share experience for a few who are skeptical. Placed an order Sunday night and receiving Wednesday so I will further update ab packing shipping and my experience. I will say they contacted me first thing Monday morning ING to confirm order and showed the ACTUAL pieces they were sending me through their messaging system on thier website. Which for customer relations I think is a plus. Be back tomorrow with pictures and update as I should recieve my order. But attached is what I ordered so let's see how good this place is.

Me too, thanks. Trying to help fellow reefers have options and figured I'd share my experience since there isn't much on them. I've ordered through RipTide WWC etc. There is plenty about them and supporting members here.

They were dishonest with me about a torch color, I reported the discrepancy upon arrival, and they did not want to fairly remedy the situation. Then after they saw I had a thread about the orange torch with quite a following of people like myself excited to see it on arrival, and disappointment when it was not orange, at that point they started playing the victim saying that I’m causing drama, and hurting their business, yet at no point did they apologize or take ownership for their actions. They wrote the pages for the story. I posted the story. They got upset. I was out 400$ and they are the victim. Right.

I had to file a PayPal claim for item not as described in order for them to work with me on a fair partial refund, which they did perform, but only after the PayPal case was opened.

The website photos were highly edited and I was promised an orange torch with pictures and video of an orange torch, and they insisted it was not yellow or gold and that it matched the photos. And I got a regular Indo gold 24k torch. Not even a spec of orange in any lighting combination. And. It died shortly after arrival.

The “orange hammer” they included is still alive but alas this is not and never was orange. Here is the orange hammer today. I do admit I like the hammer, but it’s not like the photo and isn’t orange, it’s more of a blue stem with gold tips

I'll be interested to see how the pictures compare to what you get. Prices seem high to me, but frag size and quality are certainly a factor there.
I was thinking the same
@Mterry9239 price got cut off of the picture, so how much was that gold steam hammer anyway? ( also was “steam” a typo for “stem”?)

im not a fan of companies that do there photos like that with the black background.
that being said I did order from them once.
frags were small and didn't look like the pictures and one did die within a few days.
they were packed well but water was really dirty.

Ouch. I guarantee you this will not be a $200 hammer. I hope I’m wrong. Please post pics on arrival

Recieved corals this morning. Will have to say frags certainly could have been a little bigger for the money. The indo garden is as expected but hammers and torch is a little small. Packaging was good and everything is alive. That's a plus. Give them a few days to acclimate and extend and we will see the true size of the heads. Overall B+ was my experience. Will post more pics as they open good.

I will say my hammer arrived in good condition. I noted it was small but it was in good condition. Color was not accurate to what was described. Overall a nice piece but this was a freebie and not an item I paid for, so it’s hard to complain about a freebie. Had I bought the hammer for 150 or 200 I would have been upset about the color not matching the photos

The torch was expensive and not a match and I was upset. On top of that it was always deflated and limp compared to other torch in my system. I matched sellers par and flow requirements but it always was droopy. After a week or two I lost one head to bjd. I sawed off the bad head and was left with one remaining and a few days later that one started polyp bail out and disconnected from the skeleton and the whole item was deceased and a waste of money. Didn’t match what was pictured and on top of that, didn’t survive.

I hope you have better outcomes than I had

We will see in future. Sorry ab your experience. As noted a B+, is a nice evaluation, if everything last. It could have been a little bigger for price but overall ok.

Well towards end of cycled everything is looking healthy and extending out. Torch still deflated mostly but I been readjusting flow to accommodate. Overall pretty happy so far. Could have been bigger frags for money but ehhh. Anyways enjoy!
