trying to list on dry goods

I was trying to list on dry goods sale and i got this error What does " The minimum number of prefixes requirement for this forum (2) has not been met. "what does this mean?

It’s talking about these:

I think these are the tags at the beginning of a thread title like location and live goods and stuff. You need to select two
