Trying to save my Flasher wrasse

I got him "Quarantined for 4 weeks" about a week ago then noticed ick 2 days ago. Luckily put him in a 10 gal quarantine anyway but I had to give him a freshwater dip about 2 hours ago to save his life when I checked on him. Still alive and have prepared the TTM over the past couple days...

Any advice would help thatnk sin advance

More effective may be coppersafe at 2.25ppm opposed to TTM which may cause stress to the fish

TTM doesn't always work well if the disease is a severe case. Can you post a video of the fish?
