its a tube like a feather duster only much bigger. I also dont think they look anything like a duncan. I think it looks like my wife. Beautiful and mesmerizing but when messed with she'll sting the heck out of ya lol.

Nice. I don't think they resemble a duncan. I've never seen one of these in person, so thanks for the info. Great looking nem.

What they do is make a tube and live in it, if they don't like something they will just release from the tube and float around the tank till they land in a spot that they like.

Thanks Skinz, they arn't happy without a house as they can't support themselves so I think he was using pvc tube, they are beautiful for sure

I had one in my aggressive tank and loved it. They have them at our LFS here all the time for like 30 dollars. These are perfect for a big FOWLR tank because you don't need any special lighting. They can live in the dark even. The only thing is those tentacles can extend pretty far and pack quite a sting. It's stronger than an rbta's sting and hydnophora.
