Tune Osmolator 3 cable length

Has anyone here bought the new Osmolator 3? I am ready to pull the trigger on one but I cannot find any specs on the cable length other than you can buy a 9 foot extension cable. I am going to be running this in my basement RO barrel and need about 10 feet or so to reach the floor above and get to my sump where the optical sensor will be.

Can't seem to find the length for the Osmolator 3. The older version had a 10' cable included; I have no reason to believe they have changed that much for the new one!

Good news - If it's not long enough, Tunze makes extension cables.

Well true to form I bought it anyway . The extension cable is $40 for 9 feet was hoping I won’t need it. Looking at the sensor then the pump it does seem to have a decent cable length. I’ll share when it arrives.

All these cables never tend to be long enough! I have four Octo pumps of various prescription running on my tank - all with extension cables on. Another way for them to make money i suppose..

Will do! I read every website that sells it even the Tunze site itself, in German and no luck. Such an odd thing to leave out of the specs because I am sure someone will need to know if this is going to reach a remote location.

Yeah, this is the only reason why i don't use the Tunze on my large tank- i keep my large RO bucket in a different room in the house Really just the Neptune ATK for me at this point..

I have two Osmolator 2's on smaller tanks though and I do love them. Rock solid!
