Tunze 6040 Hub Problem

-The pump was off today and I noticed the HUB was unpowered (no lights).
-When I disconnected the pump, the HUB powered up, reconnected to internet etc.
-When I reconnected the pump the controller unpowered again.

Any idea what this problem is and the solution?

This means the motor is the problem, it has an internal short and is causing everything to turn off. We would need to replace the motor, I need a copy of the receipt and serial number.
