Tunze 6045 adjusting the flow

Afternoon One and All

Quick question - how do you adjust the flow coming from the 6045 ?
I see there is a small blue kinda clip but it aint moving up or down ....

In and out, you should be able to just pull it forward or push it backm the blue tube slides in the black housing. They can get stuck by algae and sediment, it is removable out the back for cleaning.
