Hi there I have 2 6255s and just noticed that one of them is not responsive to the on board controller. It seems to be way stronger than the other one even at its lowest setting. Even when controlling it with my ghl profilux I have the same issue. Is there a way to trouble shoot this?

I would try swapping the 7090's between pumps (built in controller). The manual shows how to remove them as it may be necessary to replace it due to water damage or to move the cable through a small opening. If the issue follows the controller let me know.

Thanks will attempt this tonight. They've been in operation for one and a half month max and the controller has never touched water. I'm hoping it's the controller and not the pump itself. Thanks!

It really could not be the pump itself but it could be a break in the wiring.

@rvitko hi there I tried it out and it was still unresponsive. I even pressed the feed button, it did not respond.
