After using it for about a year it turns out the skimmer is too powerful for my 65g mixed reef and I downgraded. I drilled a hole in the side of the skimmer cup to accomodate “holiday tubing” ( instead of buying the Tunze holiday cup for $75!). The Tunze set does fit though (I bought the holiday cup for my 9004).
