Can you message or email me, what would be more important is what is set in each of the menus for WIFI connection and HUB Connection, something from these menus tells me the WIFI connection is likely the issue message or email me so we don't have to share that with everyone. [email protected]. Tomorrow looks like a more sane day, so if possible, try to call me, earlier in the day is usually better. I get in around 7:30 am

Yes, you set it to analog mode, the new connection is a phono jack plug like the non K Link Kessil light models.

They have been available in the US since October, 6105.005. Premium Aquatics, AquaCave, Champion, Marine and Reef and Aquarium Specialty have them, be sure that you are ordering 6105.005 and not the older 6105.002, if you have a 6105.002 you can update the controller with part 7020.150 available on Tunze.com, this is the retrofit HUB controller.

Anyone here using the battery backup feature? Or know if there is a way to use the Tunze cable/option and connect it to say an Eco Flow Delta or similar product?

Looking to see if there is a way to connect mine to the Eco Flow directly rather than using the default power adapter.

Do you mean using the TUNZE Safety connectors? If so, I use them and they are without doubt, one of the best things Tunze sells. They allow you to buy whatever 12v battery you want and cut over to that battery in a heart beat when power fails. These things have saved my aquarium multiple times. If you have their DC pumps or skimmers, I would fully recommend adding this feature.

Roger,
Is it possible to connect the new hub module to the older module (with knobs) using a 3.5mm connector cable and utilize the older module pump as a slave or sync device, etc.?

In theory, this would be possible but we have no such cable, you would need to adapt the DIN to 3.5mm. I know of no plans to make such a cable as it would be custom, fairly expensive to organize and with a very limited demand. The general path forward would be to update the older pump to the new controller with the retrofit version 7020.150 or 7020.160 (Stream 3 models)
