You are right, time to get my order in . Any idea when the Hub registration page will include the UK as an option? They are available in the UK, the website is for all countries, you only select your language. There will eventually be a 9004 DC Hub edition, so far only the 9012DC is ready
Please keep this thread updated, I will be interested to hear what you think about 6040. I am about to pull the trigger on 2 of these as soon as I can register them as UK on Hub websiteI just got the 6040 hub version but haven't set it up yet. This will be in my 20 gallon IM all in one frag tank.
6040 is awesome. I have 1 old version in my 4 ft 100 gallon at the back wall blowing along the short side. I have another older version 6040 in my 20 gallon frag tank which I am replacing with the new hub version. Please keep this thread updated, I will be interested to hear what you think about 6040. The flags are just for the language and not specific to country. You are right, time to get my order in . Any idea when the Hub registration page will include the UK as an option?
Just got two of the stream3 plus hub additions, i'm having a complete nightmare trying to connect them to the Tunzehub and my wifi. Any help would be much appreciatedJust setup my hub version 6040. Took several minutes to figure out the IP address and once it's added to the Tunze hub account it's a breeze to setup wave and time in cloud. I really like there's help instructions on the panel in cloud, but wish it could be more detail. There are some features that is not included in online help section and I really don't know what those are for. (like day cycle, separate time setting in the wave action).
I have GHL unit and some of Tunze hub logic is kind of similar as my profilux, but with better UI and more intuitive straight forward setup. I can see there are a lot of potential controllers setup for Tunze in this new hub platform.
What caused me some trouble was the capital letters in the user name. I kept trying over and over looking past the fact my user name had 3 capital letters. When you put the device in hotspot mode after a failed setup attempet it would be nice to see some type of log or errors. Is the wifi not connecting? Is the hub cloud not connecting? Maybe blink the light differently when its connected to wifi or hub cloud. I couldn't tell if the device had issues connecting to wifi or hub cloud. Works great once I sorted it out. Any idea when the 7000 controller will be available in the us?Just got two of the stream3 plus hub additions, i'm having a complete nightmare trying to connect them to the Tunzehub and my wifi. Any help would be much appreciated
It is complicated, in a perfect world we would have the 7000 out first, but we ran out of 7090 controllers, it became a crisis, the FCC is a typical beauracracy so appointments takes months, so we swapped appointments to get the 7020 approved, the 7000 is set for March but we still have an issue that the digital 7020 used on the Stream 3 needs approval and this could result in another appointment swap as this same motor system will be the basis for a new return pump and skimmer and it is becoming critical it gets approved.
The lights do blink differently, blinking means it is broadcasting a wifi connection, solid means it is connected to the cloud. Eventually apps will simplify this process, I believe Android is available now, iOS is likely for April.
ordered.. thank you! pop up blocker got meIf you click on the cart, you can still order, I don;t see anything preventing you from ordering, if you have a pop up blocker, that may be preventing check out from opening as the card processing or paypal is a separate window.
Would you mind reposting that link? It took me to the wrong page (unless you’re actually “Kip Moore” trying to land some hits on you official music video.)It should be fairly simple, I attach a walk through video. khttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMDR2x_J8Xg&t=368s If you continue to have trouble, let me know what ISP you use and try a network test to get the speed and especially the latency. Latency is critical for this sort of server connection.
OK. I’m on the IP address page not on regular Internet. And it seems like it won’t let me connect to the cloud, even though I am certain I’m using the right username and password. This is what it looks like after I click on the cog wheel for the cloud set up and enter username and password.Once you pair the device to the internet, you need to get back on the regular internet. In the first image you are connected to the controller, it has no internet, you are just giving it the connection to connect to your regular WIFI and your hub account info. Does the controller have a solid green light? My number is 512-833-7546, I do generally have to call back, I am the only US support, I also pack most of the orders, do all the repairs, and pretty much do everything, so I am not at my desk most of the day.
