Hi all, Just need to shout out to Tunze USA specifically Roger Who was awesome getting me parts for my ATO.
I sent an email on 12 /24 and they replied on the 26th. I unfortunately didn’t check spam folder after not seeing a reply for a cpl weeks figuring response would be slow around holidays and patience I have.
In the end after my ato controller got knocked off its Velcro into my top off that had the cover left
off .......... he hooked me up with replacement parts at cost and shipped in s hurry.
Love the ato with optical and mechanical sensor and very pleased with their waterproof led for my fuge. Two thumbs up and a big thanks to Tunze
