TUNZE Osmolator 3155 failure. Heed help.

I got the system from another member here and have not been able to set it up till now.

The problem im getting is that when I first apply power it will give me a "Too Low" and "Too High" light with audible warning. The Tunze manual says it is water damage so I took it apart and looks clean no rust or anything. I plugged it back in and now it runs self test, primes pump and seems to work fine till water level drops and the pump turns on. The pump will run for a second or two and I get the warnings again.

Anyone else experience this?

I sent them an Email would he be the one to respond or do I have to contact him directly? If so how would i go about that?
