Tunze osmolator died

I have had this almost 2 yrs today I did a water change I plugged it back in there was no alarm and only a green light came on so I unplugged it again and the same thing happened I tapped the face and the yellowish light came onfor a split second then turned of but I tap it again and nothing how can I get this fixed?

I would contact Tunze USA. Their customer service is usually pretty good. If I had to bet you either have a wife loose or one of the cables has a break in it.
 
i dropped mine in a bucket of RO (dont trust the velcro) let it dry out and somehow it still works. +1 on tagging along, you may have to buy another controller and they are like $100, i looked into it before mine magically started working again.
 
My apologies, we are fairly new to this forum and have been a little confused by the notices about posts since it is a single email with a summary of the posts and not one per post, as a result we have missed some.

Please send in the controller, pump and power supply, we should be able to get it repaired. There is a small bit of bad news. I will be on vacation next week so anything that arrives next week will not be repaired until the 22nd-24th (I guestimate it will take 3 days to catch up and I will do repairs in the order they arrived).

If you left a message we will call later today, just getting started for the day.
 
Ok call me when you can should I send it in the orignal box also do you need the optical eye and white fliat switch.
