Turbo snails

[Diehard reefing]

My turbo snails have been dropping like flies. And it not because they are getting flipped over. Is there anything I can do about this to get them to thrive? TIA

Turbos are algae munches so you should have some algae on rockwork or glass to keep them going. As stated above, how are you acclimating them?
