I know with DC pumps there are no issues with continuously turning on and off a pump. How bad is it to turn on and off an AC pump a few times a day on a daily basis?

I have a Sicce Syncra Nano pump that I want to put the return chamber of my AIO tank to get more water movement for dosing. I don't want to run it 24/7 and want my Hydros controller to turn it on only when my dosing pumps dose. Would there be any issues turning on and off an AC pump that much?

Usually a on/off cycle a few times a day is OK
But Assuming I am thinking of the same thing, IME The magnetic impeller on that pump is a lil flakey. Sicce makes a couple of lines of powerhead, if its like the one shown, Im gonna suggest try something else
