first is an 400w advanced ballast with a reflector and bulb (not sure how old the bulb is) everything is wired up and ready to go. $125 shipped
175 ice cap ballast wired up in a hamilton box just needs a reflector $90 shipped. i can give a hamilton 10k SE bulb with the 175 ballast its about a year old but still fires up no prob.
