My current build is a 50 gallon breeder set up with red macros, NPS, LPS, and softies. Dosing baby brine, rotifers, copepods, live phyto. I'm looking to add a 30 gallon sump sectioned off for semi-cryptic and cryptic zones.
Looking for passive filter feeders to go in the semi-crypric zone like soft tube feather dusters since they reproduce quite readily. Basically I'm looking for organisms that will scale to meet demands.
Yellow, pink, and other filter feeding cucumbers are also planned to be incorporated. Sea apple is the eventual go to have.
Squat lobsters would be neat to have. Already have pacific oysters for filtration, planning to move those down to the sump once I have it. I'm looking for filter feeders to catch larger particles in this zone to keep the cryptic zone suspended with fine particles only.
Thoughts?
