i believe watermelon chalices have a green rim .. i may be completely wrong

in no way trying to cause an argument
I agree watermelon chalice always have a rim hence the name...just a like a slice of watermelon :)

Oh hmm, maybe it is a watermelon then sorry the misunderstanding everyone!

There is nothing more frustrating than people telling you your brandname coral is worthless, even if you do have lineage. I had lineage for a Baby's Breath Favia colony and Mummy Eye chalice back when those were hot sellers, but people on forums thought there was no way I could have colonies the size they were, discounted my proof of lineage, and I ended up getting way less than I could have because a couple of people thought I was lying.

If I had the money I would buy this in a second. I always wanted the Tyree Watermelon's, but never was able to buy them. Good luck with the sale. I hope a couple of nay-sayers don't ruin the chance you have at getting what this is really worth.

Wow man hold on I ,and I'm sure some of the others commenting on this, aren't just "nay-sayers" we are potential buyers who just want some more photos of the rim before we can really consider dropping $1500 on some coral. No offence to anybody here but this is being sold as a he said she said tyree pink watermelon chalice. In the words of the seller "Guy I got it from locally said it was tyree" if he puts up more pics and we can see it really is what it is claimed to be then great everybody wins. Asking for more pics will end up helping this sale in the end if it has a green rim. Either way nice chalice GLWS

I have a 4 eye piece of tyree watermelon! His colony looks legit. Good luck with sale. That is one sick colony and one of my fav watermelons.

I got mine about a year ago from almost death. It won't grow for me. I do have other chalices that won't slow down!

Nice chalice but not the tyree pink watermelon. The colors are way too drab. The tyree piece is one of the brightest pink chalices there is.

Here is my Tyree Pink Watermelon. I do not have direct lineage, but had several people tell me that it is definitely the Tyree. Looks very similar to yours. GLWS
