As all know theres some new vendors in r2r. I decided to give HOTREEF a shot....let me tell u something.
we recently had bad weather, risky to shipping. Rob @ HOTREEF called me right at the end of that day (ofcourse not about my unpaid item) and willing to hold it for me until we get better weather on both ends.
we talked back and forth for a few weeks, sometime we talked about other stuffs who knows what it is, finally the weather got better and my package arrived.....I am very happy with their packaging techniques and good quality materials (real stylofoam insurlated box). a heatpack still warm as arrival, box filled with peanuts to cushion coral, coral was in triple bags and each bag has plastic tape wraps around to protect for punctual....
here r some pics as it come...
u have done a great job, Rob...thanks for ur hospitality and my order.

HOT REEF is hot in NEW York. may I know the styrofoam box have holes?

Thanks for sharing. They are on my list to check out and certainly will.
Personally feel as a society we are slow to say look at this great service I got, but quick to complain. Something like 8 of 10 unhappy customers complain and 1 out of 10 happy ones say so.
So thanks for saying so.

+1 Rob top1.
There's always more complaints than satisfactions. As myself, I always take serious consideration when it makes me unhappy, like it's my fault or others? Nahh that's ok, no damage harmed....Is there something wrong with me?
