I'd watch the PH with that heater as well. I have a propane heater in my attached garage and when I run it I can see a dip in my PH of my reef in the house / attached basement. Awesome room! Looks good

Decide to do a bonded epoxy floor. Won't peel off and resistant to salt and chemicals.

That space is amazing. That would get me in trouble, I would be out there constantly
I am not a member of the CMAS.
