As a long time AFR user, here's my suggestion...
1. Buy the Red Sea Foundation Elements kit. It comes with Alk, Cal and Mag. I get it specifically because you can get small bottles. You probably won't need a lot.
2. Start your AFR dosing at half the recommended amount (or less). Dose the same amount 3 days in a row, trying to dose at the same time each day. Do your daily Alk test every day at the same time (always test at noon, or always at 5pm, or whatever).
3. If after 3 days you see you need to dose more or less, adjust accordingly and repeat step 2. If your Alk is stable, that's your AFR dose, proceed to the next step.
4. Test your other elements. If you need to boost something, use the Red Sea Elements to get things where you want them. AFR will maintain everything in a good ratio, but it's not ideal to raise anything.
All that being said... One torch and some zoas in a 90g isn't going to need dosing, unless the torch it a huge colony already. Just keep up with your water changes and testing for now.
