I bought a single head of Aussie gold torch from Jonathan (corals.com) last week, and after few days it started to recede it's polyps. I contacted him just to inform on what's going on with the coral. He replied immediately and ask for a photo. Since the torch is really in the dying stage, he offered me a store credit. Today the torch totally died and UNEXPECTEDLY he credited the whole price of the torch. I wasn't expected this kind of move since the torch have been in my tank more than 72 hours and never was it written in his website that there is such guarantee. This wasn't my first order from him and so far he is always very helpful.
