Idk. I think we got lost in the translation. I was under inpresstion you got all the livestock’s out of your LFS. If you are going to use those, you don’t need those bottled stuff to start the tank seeding etc.

Do you mean using livestock during the cooking? I know some people put in a Damsel, but I'm not doing that.
Don't pour any bottles of stuff in there, no need.
A pinch of food now and then will not hurt, but don't overdo it and make a mess.

I did get it all from a closing LFS. Some of it was sitting in water (no circulation) and some was sitting in just a bit of water, so the rocks are only mostly alive.
