I have a hairy mushroom that has been glued to a coral plug. IMO, mushrooms (like anemones) should not be glued to anything. Does anyone know how to get it off without harming it?

If the damage is already done I would leave it. You risk stressing it more and it dying if by trying to remove it. If the coral is alive and healthy let it be :)

I had a Mushroom move by itself off the plug. Each day it would move a little to the side until all that was left was the bare plug and the mushroom was by itself on the rock.
