Unhappy coral in bio cube, help?

I have a LED BIOCUBE 32. I am needing help with setting the light schedule and making my coral happy again.
Coral in tank:

• Green sinulara
• Palys
• Leather Coral
• Leptoseris
• Chalice
• Acans
• GSP
• Duncans

Some of my palys are reaching and the others have closed up. I am going to go pick up some more test to check parameters, but they were fine until i messed with the lighting schedule. Pictures are of the light and display.

NH3/NH4: 0-0.25 ppm closer to 0ppm
NO2: 0-0.5ppm
MG: 1110 ppm
CaCO3: 9.4dKH
pH: 7.5-8.0
KH: 40-80ppm
GH: 120-180
Ca:480 ppm

Here's the schedule I've been using which seems to work OK. Its pretty typical, duration wise, from what I've seen other's with Biocubes using.

Channel 1: 11am - 7pm
Channel 2: 9am - 10pm
Channel 3: 8am - 11pm

You might get more responses regarding your conditions and corals if you do a different thread title. Many people are probably going to skip this thread, thinking its just another biocube programming or LED mod question.
