I made my first order from Unique Corals, and it was a great transaction. Even with some shipping hiccups, the corals were perfect and colorful, shipping and packing was exceptional, and communication was way above the norm. Scott called me several times to check to on the health of the livestock, even giving me his cell phone number to call him if there was a problem. I am very pleased with everything, and will be ordering from them more in the future. A+++ transaction.

As you point out, we had a few hiccups, and I'm glad everything worked out okay! There is a learning curve for us (which you as a customer shouldn't have to endure!), and I'm glad you took everything in stride! We work very hard to make the overall customer experience as good as possible, and we will keep trying to make things better and better - to learn from our mistakes, and improve our business in every way possible! (Like reading this forum once in a while- sorry for the delayed response! )
