Unknown Condition

My Kole tang has this strange condition that I haven't seen before and don't know how to treat. He is acting normally, eating great and acting like a normal tang. He did go through a 30 day quarantine and tank parameters are all within normal ranges. Thanks for the help.

It's tough to see things under blue lights, but is the pectoral fin eroded? Looks like it could be related - and possibly a bacterial infection due to some injury.

How long has it been this way?
Did it show up mostly all at once, or did it grow over time?
Do you have a treatment tank you can use?
