Unknown Fish - Any Idea

I have been doing this a long time and I am at a loss. Perhaps it is just me. This is a white fish with a yellow stripe down the head.

It is hiding, so sorry for the bad photos.

Any idea what it is?

Is it white and yellow or blue and yellow? Sort of looks like a sunrise dottyback

Right? It is stark white, which maybe it just needs to grow up a bit to get the blue? There is not even a tint of blue right now.

If you click through the pictures, some of them have whitish bodies...maybe it's a sex thing.
