Unknown growth

I hope someone can tell me what this is. I haven’t introduced anything new to my tank yet these things are sprouting.Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like sponges. If they are, then your tank is doing great maturity wise.

Ps not an expert but they look very similar to a zoanthid.

It’s the white tendrils.
