Unknown nem

I thought this was just a large aiptasia when I first noticed it a month ago on some gulf live rock. But as it has grown, a LOT, it looks more bubble tip to me.
Thoughts?

Maybe a mojano.

Hmmmm...maybe. It is inside a tube, but I can't tell if it's like a tube anemone or if it has just grown in an old abandoned tube

A tube anemone usually has fine-point lashes rather than bulbs. They often times have a color in the center as well.
