After a long gap between my last marine tank I decided I needed to rejoin a hobby I once loved now the kids are older and I have more time and disposable income.
Decided from the off I wanted a nano and wanted to automate as much as possible and with this in mind I went shopping and bought the below:

UNS 60A tank
EcoTech xr15 pro g6
Ai axis 40
Ai Nero 3 x 2
Wavereef K1 skimmer
Red Sea nanomat
Apex A3
Marco rock
Caribsea sand
Refractometer
Salifert test kits
Aquavitro sentia dosers x 4

Everything arrived and it all began at first eagerly but quickly became daunting as I was ready to fill with water and turn everything on but fortunately using google searches and YouTube everything set up ok.
Over the next 8 weeks I have managed to get everything testing ok and have added fish from day one a pair of black Picasso clowns then a few weeks later a royal gramma and lastly a coral beauty ( long term plan to upgrade to a bigger tank )
During this period I have also added quite a few corals:
•Hammer garden with:
Gold hammer
Hologram hammer
Pink hammer
•Duncan coral
•Green mushroom colony
•Mint candy cane coral
•Cotton candy torch
•Forest fire mishroom
•Cabbage leather
•GSP
•Chalice coral
•Montipora coral
•Mixed Zoa’s

Probably missed something but will update as my little piece of the ocean expands.

Very nice build! I really like your aquascape too. You have a nice collection of corals started. Well done! Keep us posted.
Also, welcome to R2R!!

Those are some great corals you have in your tank! Can't wait to see what they look like once they are grown out!

Did the red sea nanomat fix okay? Did you need to buy a adapter?

Hi. I am just about to buy the same tank. What did you have to do to get the nanomat to work with that tank?
