I want to use it on UNS 90L but wondering if it will fit with the lid and UNS reef light arms attached to the tank

Screen looks to clamp pretty close to the top.
So don't think you can avoid the light mount clip.

Don't clamp down on the ATMOS; you will warp or damage the panel.
