Hi All,

Returning back to the hobby with a UNS60a I really like the tank and the length makes it look bigger than what it is.

I still need a few more bits but have everything I needed to start the cycle.

Light I’m going to run a AI blade grow, I bought these mounts on Amazon cheap!

The silver didn’t fit with the room decor so I resprayed them black and added some rubber to protect the glass.

The ai blade will be suspended and I can adjust the height to best suit the corals.

The stand is a Fluval Roma 90 I like the height as from our sofa and kitchen it perfect viewing height.

In the rear I’m running filter floss in a caddy with the included bio blocks and will leave a part clear to run media if needed.

The back camber I will be running bioballs and a heater. Also will be adding 4 mangrove pods I had them on a previous tank and loved the look of them.

The last chamber is just the return pump I may get a ato will see how that goes.

Managed to find mounts for the AI blade for the uns which I should have on Wednesday.

Cycle is finally finished a couple weeks ago just been waiting for the 21 inch blade to come in stock.

Handy though as it’s made me patient with waiting.

I have since fitted a Ato I have also added live bacteria rubble from aquaforest and bio spheres on a rack in the back compartment.

So close to stocking now first going in will be a pair of clowns and a torch. Then some cuc

Yeah Fluval Roma 90 here in the uk the stand is 105 quid compared to the uns stand that is 450 quid so managed to save a lot there. It is a couple mm short depth wise but it’s all good.

Ai blade finally arrived all set up ready for a set a clowns!

Not sure what return it has in it but the one I got was junk. Ended up swapping it for Ai Axis. With the Spin Stream and the Axis at 50% and I'm about to get really good flow through my tank with just that but mine is a little smaller than yours.
