Update and help with new brain (pics)

Here is a update on the brain I was trying to save from the pet shop.

Hes colored up and almost always puffy

Here is the brain I am having trouble with. I had him on his side and I think thats what caused it. The tissue on the side thats receding is the side he was on. I stood him up now so he isn't on his side as much. What do you guys think? Oh one more thing is there anyway to keep the goby spitting sand on him, its like hes marking his territory?

I dont have any answers for you but it is a nice looking piec seams to be healing up realy well from the first 2 pics

Thanks for the reply. I hope the larger brain pulls through he looks good everyday but I saw his tissue receding :(

Bump can anyone help me out with the larger brain. He takes food, should I feed him every other day?
