Thanks alot! yeah finally got that scape dialed in. i'm actually going to add a kinda flat LR i found that is perfect for my chalice frags i have on the magnetic rack way on the right. i also decided to cut the blue return pipe (nicknamed papa smurf's "thing" by my friends) shorter so it doesn't stick out.

Nice FTS...love the acans you have and the scape looks good!!

Nice looking tank! What kind of wood is that stand made out of? The finish really brought out the beautiful detail of the wood's grain

thanks! it's called KOA wood. the grade i used is "CURLY KOA" it is quite expensive but i got such a good deal on the tank and sump i wanted to be creative with my tank and have people also appreciate the stand.

Looking good!

How come you run your water level so low?

it's gravity/suction gravity fed to the sump. i made water level that way to give a little "jumping" room for my wrasses (i had ) plus the water at that level and the amount of water going into the sump is perfect in case of a power outage, the water will fall below the pipe "opening" and the sump won't overflow. Kinda caveman style, it was a quick and dirty install, am planning a overflow box there and a new sump.
