How would i match a pump to an overflow?
Upgrading 20 gallon nuvo

Just pick a pump that is less than the rating for the overflow. I would shoot for about 5 times tank turnover or 100 gph. You will want to look at the rating for the pump with about 4’ of head pressure

That overflow is perfect if you go with 5 times turnover or 100g per hr.

Ao if this overflow fits my tank, can i pair it with the syncra 0.5 or ia that one to large?
That one is probably a little small I would go with the 1.0
