Hey everyone - sorry for the major absence in my own thread.

The transition is still underway...certain pieces look terrible while others look just fine if not better. for example my cyphastrea is melting away - it is about half way in the tank - so approx 12" below surface and off center to the direct hit of the light. My Pagoda cup is terrible - almost all melted away - similar placement.

I am holding on to hope though - considering raising the lights an inch or so.

side note - is anyone else having trouble typing at a normal speed on this forum? I have tried from 2 different computers and find that not all letters / spaces are being typed correctly - making it difficult to type on here

more to follow on the tank

Hey Jmar101768, thanks for logging your progress. I have a 400w radium over my cube and I will be learning from your experience. Last time I put a radion g2 over my frag tank, it didn't go so well. If you have photos of your tank that would be helpful in logging the progress.

As for the speed of the site etc, it works fine for me. Sounds like you have a connection problem.

Sorry to jack. But do you have any old 400w radium bulbs you'd part with for a few bucks?
