I'm sure since you know what the issue in the picture is, it's easy to see. For me personally without having any idea what you are concerned about I don't know what the issue in the picture is.

It looks like the vertical support bowing away from the horizontal piece maybe?
 
Yes i would be very concerned based off what i see there. I dont know what material those stands are made of to give a good suggestion to fix but would definetely not delay.
