Urchin spawn?

“He” just started doing this after tank maintenance. Is he ok? Is he trying to spawn? Is he just puking?

The pumps were just turning back on and stirring up the gunk at the bottom. Sorry for all the floaties...
I didn't want to waste time grabbing the filter for the camera but you can see the plumes of white coming out of the center.
Looks like prayers to Poseidon...or maybe I've just binge watched too many episodes of American Gods.
