Urchin spawning ???

My royal had meeting of tentacles and was shooting a cloudy mucus out I couldn’t time a better picture it.
I take it as spawning or is it a different issue ?

Funny it moved all of its substrate and whatever crap it carries around to the bottom while it did that then moved it all back up
