I had an established 90gallon tank for 5 years. I am moving so I setup two 50 gallon Rubbermaid containers. I filled with water from the tank over the course of a week doing daily water changes and keep the water heater and mixed. Today I moved all the livestock and everything seems okay but the urchin. It is spewing orange stuff. Does anyone know what this is or have any idea?

Glad to here it's hopefully not dying. Should I remove them so they don't contaminate the water? I've had this urchin since my first tank back on 2013 and never seen this. Guess I probably wasn't looking as close.

Fish food!! They will gobble it up as soon as it hits the water column

I'm not new to the hobby but new to urchins spawning. Do they spawn under stress only? Are they asexual?
