Urchin vs Clam?

I saw my Halloween urchin on top of my Clam yesterday and figured the clam was just in the way from one point to another, but today his mantle is weird in the exact spot the urchin was sitting! Do urchins eat clam?!

What do you mean by "weird?"

I've seen my corals retract for a while after an urchin crawls over it. It may just be "pouting " but I don't know much about clams so hopefully someone with clam experience will chime in soon.

Looks like it was grazing algae on the shell and just upset the clam. I dont think there's anything to worry about. I've personally never kept urchins.

My pincushion urchin ate a big chunk out of my Maxima Clam’s mantle, so never say never!
