urchin with weird white stuff on head

ok i just got this urchin from algea barn what’s this white stuff on it’s head it’s not like a peice of rock

Its dying and spawning out it looks like. Sorry to say but its garbage. If you put it in your tank and have other urchins they will spawn and die as well. I wouldnt put it in the tank.
