URGENT...please help me with my sump...

I have a 120 gallon reef that will be ready for rock and sand monday. Its drilled, custom built in over flow. My sump is a 40 gall breeder tank. I need help with baffles. I cant figure out how to do it and what way to do it. My tank is built into the wall. I need my sump set up this way...Far left will be my skimmer/drain with filter sock. Center is fuge area with sand/rock/macro alg, and far right is the return pump. Please help with the glass placements so I can silicone them into place. I dont know what to do. The sump is 36 x 18 x 17...I think the glass needs to be a little less then 18 and about 8 inchs high? Any help would be AWESOME!!!!
