Used radion help

Picked up a used Gen 4 xr30 today. I don’t have a computer, but I have the reeflink that’s allowed me to add new lights before.
This time with the used light , it won’t find the used light when I search. Looks like ill have to go back to where I got it from and have them release the light, but is there a way around it until then?
