Using Chinese led's with apex Jr.

I am looking at getting a apex jr. Controller but am wondering if it will work with my ocean revive led's that are from China? Also I use a jebao powerhead wave maker, will it control that as well? Would I need certain modules/connection mods for this to work and if so what ones?

I don't know about the light but I just bought this Jebao to apex converter on Amazon for my Jebao rw4s.

Can I use the apex to control any return pump? Or are there only specific ones?
