Using dos as continuous doser

So trying to setup a dos to go to kalk stirrer but having trouble with it stopping the dosing every 10mins or so any ideas ?

How long do you need the DOS to continuously run for?

Was trying to set it off the ph probe to turn on when ph drops below 8.25 and off when at 8.30 but a little worried about how much water is going in the tank got a evaporation of around 4.7lts a day
