using Vibrant to control GHA but worried about elegance coral

Hi, i have started using Vibrant to reduce GHA as have no sump or protein skimmer and i tend to over feed, everything seems fine, except when i dose my elegance coral closes and puffs up, thats all it does, no sting bits etc, i tend to do a 10% water change soon after and in a day its back to normal and looking better than before last time, just wondering if i should be concerned, will post pictures

It should be ok with vibrant but best method is removing as much as you can pull by hand and reducing white light intensity and add snails:
